A Night to Remember

If we could some up the night in three words they would be exciting, fun and fulfilling. There is nothing better than seeing the result of all your hard work and dedication. The only thing that could possibly top off a moment like that is being able to share it with your brothers. On Wednesday that's exactly what we did at the launch for our new EP Hidden Identity.

We definitely felt that everything that we are working towards is finally coming together and the most amazing ting about that is this is only the beginning.

It was a very intimate venue and we were pleasantly surprised by the massive turnout, we'd like to take this moment to thank everyone who came out to support us. It was most definitely a night to remember.

There were several amazing performances including acoustic sets from the likes of Connie Constance and Poppy.
We were also privileged to perform three of our own songs, including 'Grow Up' , from our up coming EP in front of such a warm and responsive audience. Performing our songs with a guitar gave us the opportunity to approach our music from a different angle which was very exciting.

We were also graced with a spoken word performance by 4i who energised the crowd prior to our performance.

One of the highlights of the night was definitely the closing performance by Diamond, who performed a poem to conclude the evening.

The night was most definitely a success and reminded us, if nothing else, that hard work really does pay off. It was great to share this incredible moment with our families and friends and we are looking forward to making many more memories like this launch,

Showtime

The best part of being in our group is definitely performing. There's just something special about the rush you get when you can vybe from a crowd or when you see people enjoying your songs.

so naturally performing this week at...

...was an absolute blast. It was a great opportunity to shine both collectively and as individuals, with our very own Santego taking the stage with Solsine displaying some of his solo ability as featured on their songs. It was most definitely one of the stand out moments of this year so far. (To view a clip of our performance head over to our Facebook page - the link is listed below)
Collectively we performed two songs from our Hidden Identity EP, which were 'Grow Up' and 'Sweet Song'. These songs are always fun to perform in front of a receptive audience and we were delighted with the response we got. ( So giving a massive shout-out to everyone who came out and enjoyed the show).
The good news following this performance is that the official video for 'Grow up' as well as the Behind the scenes video are now up on YouTube, so be sure to check them out and let us know what you think.

there's no fancy quote to finish of the blog this week but what we will say is:

Keep your mind in the present, live in the moment and enjoy the show because we're just getting started.

Setbacks Don't Define Our Success

In everything keep your head held high

In life there will be good days & bad days, ups & downs and disappointments & excitement. We can all agree that each individual will experience this in some way shape or form. What sets us apart from each other, making each one of us special and unique, is the way we choose to handle these everyday situations.

Don't let your setback be an anchor
As a group working in such a competitive industry there are bound to be things that don't always go to plan. Balancing everybody's schedules or music/YouTube channels that don't take the 'New kids on the block' seriously.

One of the more challenging experiences we face, as an up
and coming group, is finding something exclusive to us that distinguishes ourselves from everybody else in such an overpopulated industry.

It is important not to let your setbacks become an anchor. What we mean by this is that don't be so caught up in the fact that things didn't work out the way you initially planned, that you don't see all the opportunities floating past you. An anchor only holds a ship in one place and you cannot expect to grow or progress if you're not going anywhere.  At the end of the day the only person who can define how an event will affect you is you.

Having a present mind allows each of to remind ourselves that everything happens for a reason. This positive attitude is what stops us from getting too worked up or frustrated when things don't work out how we'd hoped. We will always be able to smile because we know that in the words of a true legend:
